Goats Cheese & Sweet Onion Dip

This dip is addictively sweet and salty and pairs perfectly with veggie sticks.

Cooks in 10 Minutes


  • 60g soft goats cheese
  • 1 brown onion – diced finely or thickly grated
  • 1 tbsp. maple or honey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Place the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and toss in the diced onion, browning and cooking until tender (2-3 minutes depending on how thing your onion pieces are).
  2. Stir in the maple and cinnamon combining well.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool before stirring into the soft goats cheese.
