NBF Afternoon Tea

I’m so excited to announce that I have created a delicious healthy afternoon tea experience that is completely Gluten & Vegan Free! The #naturalbornfeeder sinless afternoon tea will take place on Sunday 23rd October in the Limerick Strand Hotel. Afternoon tea will consist of healthy savoury & sweet options and I will sit and chat with everyone on the day to answer any questions people have about healthy eating and cooking. There will also be goodie bags for everyone full of my favourite brands that I regularly use and mention on my blog.
