This dip is addictively sweet and salty and pairs perfectly with veggie sticks.
- 60g soft goats cheese
- 1 brown onion – diced finely or thickly grated
- 1 tbsp. maple or honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Place the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and toss in the diced onion, browning and cooking until tender (2-3 minutes depending on how thing your onion pieces are).
- Stir in the maple and cinnamon combining well.
- Remove from the heat and let cool before stirring into the soft goats cheese.
