Sweet & Salty Popcorn

This is an easy “no brainer” party food, movie snack or work snack. I love popcorn and my weakness is sweet and salty! So, cancel out the microwave and pre-packaged business and you’ve got yourself a pretty healthy snack. Get your saucepan ready and start popping!

Cooks in 15 Minutes


  • 150g wholegrain corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Pink himalayn salt
  • 1-2 tbsp. powder stevia


  1. Places 2 tbsp. coconut oil in a sauce pan and melt, add in desired amount of popcorn kernels.
  2. Place lid on top and let pop.
  3. Add in you grounded pink salt and stevia to your suit your tastebuds. I usually keep having to shake them around and taste until I find the prefect balance.
