Sweet & Salty Popcorn
This is an easy “no brainer” party food, movie snack or work snack. I love popcorn and my weakness is sweet and salty! So, cancel out the microwave and pre-packaged business and you’ve got yourself a pretty healthy snack. Get your saucepan ready and start popping!

Ingredients
- 150g wholegrain corn kernels
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Pink himalayn salt
- 1-2 tbsp. powder stevia
Method
- Places 2 tbsp. coconut oil in a sauce pan and melt, add in desired amount of popcorn kernels.
- Place lid on top and let pop.
- Add in you grounded pink salt and stevia to your suit your tastebuds. I usually keep having to shake them around and taste until I find the prefect balance.
