NBF Cooking Demo at Red Line Book Festival

This Saturday, October 15th, I will be doing a cooking demo as part of the festival sharing some delicious recipes from my cookbook, Natural Born Feeder. For those looking for some inspiration in developing a healthier lifestyle, you’re invited to hear me speak about my journey so far, my philosophy on health, food and fitness, as well as a cooking demo.
