Morning Grind Coffee
My morning grind coffee is going to change your go to drink in the mornings. If you’re into creamy delicious ice cold energy on these hot summer mornings this is the drink for you. A great use for frozen bananas too! 😄
Cooks in 15 Minutes
- 1 shot coffee
- 250-350ml nut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Optional add ins: Ginseng/ Ashwangdha or Maca
- When making this I let the coffee cool before blending. If you’re in a rush, make a cup the night before and place in the fridge so you can add it straight away in the morning.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
