Cherry Sorbet

An eye popping dessert that people will think you spent hours making! There’s nothing fancy here just a bit of blending and freezing an awesome dessert that can be kept in the freezer ready for guests. Don’t forget you can change this up to suit your preferences if you prefer a different berry, like why not try raspberry or blueberry!

Serves 6 portions

Cooks in 15 prep Minutes


  • 900g frozen cherries
  • 6 tbsp. maple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence


  1. In a high speed blender add all the above ingredients until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a tin (baking tin or ice cream tin) and set to the freezer for 5 hours to set.
  3. This will keep in the freezer for up to a week.
  4. Once you take it out of the freezer its ready to go. It’s nice and soft to dig your spoon in or get that perfect scoop!
