4 INGREDIENT PANCAKES
Oh you guys are going to love these easy pancakes, they’re so TASTY!
These pancakes can be made how you like as a protein version or just chocolatey, you decide! The pancake batter itself isn’t too sweet to give room for your toppings like fresh berries or maple!
Serves 2
Cooks in 10 Minutes
Ingredients
125g oats
1 medium- large banana
200ml milk of choice
1 heaped tbsp. cacao powder or your favourite chocolate protein powder.
Oil for cooking.
Method
Add all the ingredients into a blender or nutribullet.
Blend together until smooth.
Add a little oil to a heated non-stick pan and add 2 heaped tbsp. of batter to the pan, using the back of the spoon to smooth out into a round pancake.
Cook for 1-2 minutes ether side, until golden and cooked through.
Repeat to use all the batter ( you should have 3 large pancakes each serving.)
When making multiple pancakes its important to play with the heat settings as the longer you have teh pan over heat it will get hotter and hotter ( obviously!) so you don’t want your last few pancakes to be over cooked on the outside and not on the inside. After the first 2 pancakes, I lower the heat a little when adding the batter and gently rise it back up again once flipped. It just ensures a nice evenly cooked stack!
Dollop over your favourite nut butter and add extra topping you have. I used food spring chocolate muesli, blueberries, coconut chips.
