- 4 tbsp. vanilla casein powder
- 250g nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 Fulfil Cookies and Cream Vitamin & Protein Bars
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- In a food processor, blend the Fulfil bars along with the until a bread crumb texture is formed.
- Spoon the mixture into four small glass jars.
- In a small bowl, combine the casein powder and yogurt into a smooth thick creamy texture.
