The Best Salad Dressing

What’s a salad without a creamy dressing? I know…BORING! Let’s agree to never have a boring salad again and save them with simple homemade dressing. Even adding a tiny bit can make a huge difference and get you back enjoying salads. This is my go to dressing, you’ll always find it in my fridge, it’s also delicious with hard boiled eggs mashed or as a tuna mayo substitute!

Serves 1 jar

Cooks in 15 Minutes


  • 3-4 tbsp. tahini
  • ½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. tamari
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tbsp. maple
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days, add a little water to the dressing each day if needs be as it can dry out being in the fridge.
