Skinny Crepes

These thin crepes are high in protein and incredibly versatile…they’re my go to crepe recipe! The crepes can be filled with anything you like, such as fresh fruit, my delicious peanut sauce, or opt for a more savoury option such as, pesto, feta and bacon – whatever you fancy! I love mine with some extra stevia and squeeze of lime or orange.

Cooks in 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 30g oats
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. of honey or maple or stevia (use maple for paleo recipe)


Method

  1. Blend the ingredients until really smooth on a non-stick pan with a bit of coconut oil and start your crepe making!
  2. I love having mine with some extra stevia and squeeze of lime or orange.
