Raw Ferrero Balls
Well they’re not exactly Ferraro Rocher but they are similar and quick to whip up!
These are great energy bites on the go or even to settle that sweet tooth! Naturally sweetened, they’re perfect for kids or to bring on the bike.
Cooks in Minutes
- 200g medjool dates
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1 tsp cacao
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, except the chopped hazelnuts.
- Once blended into a smooth paste, form balls using your hands.
- Place the chopped hazelnuts in a bowl and roll your balls until completely covered.
