Homemade Coleslaw
Great snack idea or if your planning an upcoming BBQ! Coleslaw doesn’t have to be something that is avoided anymore, dive in with this simple healthy recipe! This recipe makes a very large bowl and will last up to 4 days in a refrigerator, its actually nicer the next day that its made. On the second day I served it with flaxseed breaded chicken it was the perfect partner in crime!

Ingredients
COLESLAW INGREDIENTS
- 2 roughly grated carrots
- 1/2 head of white cabbage sliced
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 300 g fage greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Black pepper
Method
- Place your carrots, cabbage and onion in a bowl and mix, in a separate bowl mix the rest of the ‘sauce’ ingredients.
- Combine them well.
