Easy Overnight Kefir Oat Pudding
If you’ve been following my blog for a while you will know just how much I love oats. They are so versatile and I include them in lots of different recipes. One of my favourites being overnight oats, it takes less than 5 mins to make and in the morning, you have a delicious filling breakfast ready to grab and go. Makes the morning rush way easier! Recently I used Lifeway Kefir to make an overnight oat pudding and it tasted sooo good. The flavour from the kefir gave it a nice refreshing sweetness and kept me full all morning.
