Protein Pots

Want to create a delicious guilt free dessert in under 10 minutes…. look no further than these protein pots! An easy all in one mix with only 8 minutes in the oven for an oozing, mouth watering and really satisfying treat. You can use whatever protein you have at home but do try opt for a good quality brand with little ingredients. If you find your protein is naturally a little bitter add a tbsp of whatever natural sweetener you want into the batter. For me when I bake these with one of my vegan dark cacao protein powders I need to add a little stevia or maple.

Cooks in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 2 scoops Platinum and Diamond Lemon Cheesecake Whey


Method

  1. Preheat Oven to 180°C
  2. In a food processor or nutribullet blend the banana and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add in the whey and cashew nut butter and blend once more for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into mini ramekins and bake for 8 minutes until golden on top and gooey on the inside.
