• 100g pecans
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• Preheat the oven to 180 •C.
• In a bowl add the pecans and cinnamon. Pour in the maple syrup and stir to combine really well covering all the pecans in the maple.
• Toss onto a lined baking tray and drizzle over with any excess maple from the bowl.
• Bake for 15 minutes.
• Let cool fully.
• Store in class jar with a lid for up to 3 weeks.
