Lets be honest we all hate asking for dressing on the side… salads can be boring enough but without the dressing?!
I have started to really make an effort in returning to the basics and reinventing the simple things that can compliment our meals! So put away the pre-packed processed sauces and take 5 minutes to make your own!
- 1 cup rapeseed oil
- 1/2 cucumber – skin removed
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 2 pinches Himalayan salt
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Place all ingredients in a blender and simple mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth!
- Store in a jar and refrigerate (last 2-3 weeks)
