Buddha Bowl Dressing

Buddha Bowl Dressing

A good dressing can transform an otherwise boring salad as well as tart up some veggie sticks or be the perfect companion for a rice rolls!

Get ready to feast your eyes on this easy dressing that will change your lunch box! When you are buying apple cider vinegar it’s really important to go for an unfiltered, pressed never blended option. It should kind of have a cloudy appearance sitting on the bottom, raw with the ‘mother’ – this is strands of protein, enzymes and friendly bacteria. The more of these strains you can see the better the apple cider vinegar. All good things!

I add apple cider vinegar to everything I can; baked breads, salad dressings, use it as a morning tonic, smoothies and even as a toner for my face!
