My sister, Rachel made these delicious healthy simple brownies and it would be rude not to share! Like myself Rachel is a huge fan of baking. She’s always putting her own twists on my recipes and she’s often the one who challenges me to make something typically bad like a mars bar into a healthy treat. Its a really simple recipe and method to follow, so happy baking! They’re Paleo, Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

- 2 cups almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. GF baking powder
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Line a baking tin and pour the brownie mix in, spreading evenly.
- Bake at 180ºC for 15 mins (please note: mine mix took 15 mins to bake as they were thin, leave them in the oven for longer depending on thickness).
